Can a room addition match my existing house?

Yes. Matching the house is the point of a good addition. We match the brick and siding to your existing home so the new space reads as original construction. One client who added about 750 square feet said we went to great lengths to match the brick and the siding of their 10-year-old home.

Do I need a permit for a new garage or addition?

In the Dallas–Fort Worth cities we build in, a new garage or room addition needs a building permit, and the city reviews the plans before work starts. We prepare the plans and work through the city's review, and the plumbing, electrical and mechanical trades pull their own permits where the city requires it.

How is an addition or garage priced?

Additions and garages follow the same steps as a new home on a smaller scale. We talk through what you need and your budget, draw the plans, then price the job from those plans so you have a clear number before construction starts.
