Who we are
This website is run by Restrepo Construction LP, doing business as Klein Custom Builders, a custom home builder based in North Richland Hills, Texas. You can reach us on 817-498-6650.
What we collect
When you send the consultation form we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, where your lot or project is, the kind of project, your timeline and any message. We also receive the page you sent it from, the date and time, and any campaign tags in the web address (such as utm_source) so we know how you found us.
This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set cookies of its own. A short-lived note of campaign tags is kept in your browser for the visit so they can be sent with the form.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your project and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
The form is delivered to us through a form-handling service, which stores the message on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project, and project records for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require.
Your choices
Call us on 817-498-6650 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
